ThreadFlip is designed to help you scan thrift finds and compare live marketplace prices. It allows you to identify items, check comps, and track inventory as you flip.
By using the app, you agree to use it in a responsible and lawful way. It is meant for personal use only and should not be used for any harmful, illegal, or unauthorized activity

ThreadFlip is a price scanning and inventory tool, not a marketplace or financial advisor. We do not guarantee sale prices, profits, or listing outcomes.
You should always use your own judgment when buying or selling. ThreadFlip is here to support your research with market data, not replace your decisions.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for entering correct medication details and setting accurate reminder times. The app depends on the information you provide, so accuracy is important
If you share account access or inventory data with collaborators, you are responsible for ensuring their information is correct and that they have permission to access it
Shared Access
ThreadFlip may send notifications about scans, inventory, or account activity depending on your settings. These alerts are meant to support your workflow.
However, ThreadFlip does not control or guarantee how quickly devices deliver notifications. That responsibility depends on your device and network.
Data & Privacy
We take your privacy seriously and aim to keep your information safe. Your medication data and personal details are stored securely within the app. We do not sell your personal information. In some cases, anonymized data may be used to improve performance, features, and user experience
App Availability
We work hard to keep ThreadFlip running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. The app may be updated, changed, or temporarily unavailable for maintenance or improvements. We are not responsible for issues caused by device problems, internet connection, or notification delays
Limitation of Responsibility
ThreadFlip is not responsible for purchase or resale outcomes, including missed deals, incorrect comps, or failed listings. We are also not liable for damages caused by technical errors, device failures, or user mistakes in setting up the app
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to improve clarity or reflect new features. When updates are made, continued use of the app means you accept the new terms
Account Termination
